Key Infuser is member of CRI (see 2018-06-15 article) and has been invited by POPAI to participate to a conference about “How to personalize you customer’s experience in hair dresser’s and beauty salons ?”
This invitation demonstrates recognition of Key Infuser’s expertise by a well known organization like POPAI. It was an opportunity for Key Infuser to promote its offer among a new segment : cosmetics and beauty industry.
Key Infuser robots were visible on Credit Agricole booth for the Paris Retail Week event. Our partnership with Crédit Agricole carries on ; we have developped a specific plateform with 2 robots to promote a new payment app from CA-PS (Crédit Agricole Payment Services).
The 2 robots received much interest and helped CA-PS staff promoting their applications.
Key Infuser is selected by POPAI for the Connected Retail Initiatives, a program to support startups acting in the marketing at retail.
POPAI “Point Of Purchase Advertising International” is an international trade association for the marketing at retail industry.
Founded in 1936, POPAI has about 1,400 members companies representing Fortune 500 brand manufacturers and retailers, as well as, marketing at retail producer companies and advertising agencies from six continents and over 60 countries from around the world.
POPAI is the first source of learning for the future of the industry, and provides resources, education, ideas and advocacy to enhance the power and performance of the Marketing at Retail community.
Another sign of the recognition of Key Infuser by retail players: agency, brands and manufacturers!
Key Infuser was at the Crédit Agricole stand for Money2020 in Amsterdam, the fintech reference trade show in the world. This presence has given to Key Infuser an international exposure to major groups. The banking sector is a priority for the company and the KiOne robot is the ideal solution to promote the launch of new applications. The world of finance is in full revolution with new and disruptive offers (new payment services, blockchain, data and analytics,…) and Key Infuser wants to be a part of these changes.
Our presence has also allowed us to get to know the entire Crédit Agricole Payment Services (CAPS) executive committee and a partnership with CAPS has started, we can tell you more after the summer !
Providing the best customer experience is a strategical point for the well-known NASDAQ company Verizon. And that’s exactly the focus of the challenge that they proposed to the 9000 startups who were at Vivatech.
We are very proud to have won a prize on a subject that is dear to us. Bringing emotion, fun and pedagogy via KiOne the robot, are parts of Key Infuser values.
The opportunity of collaborating with Verizon around those values on an original project(…) is exactly the type of real opportunities that Vivatech Show generates.
The 2 startups have chosen to work hand in hand to present the first platform including connected devices, home automation and Smart City data during the famous show.
KiOne presented Imperihome application’s functionalities on Imperihome’s booth at the Eureka Park. Getting city air quality, checking city bike availability, activating a home alarm, closing the shutters, etc, all within this single application : KiOne had so many options to choose from.
“KiOne managed to present easily the functionalities of the applicative part. KiOne energized the presentation.” mentionned Laurent Perez CEO of Imperihome/Ziblue.
“During the CES, our robot became the friendly assistant of Imperihome team. The variety of features within the application provided a very interesting use case : KiOne showed the first part and the visitor continued on his/her phone.” mentionned Domitille Esnard-Domerego, CEO of Key Infuser.
We have joined the world’s largest startup incubator STATION F in Paris via Fellowship program Région Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur.
Between the CREATE zone where hundreds of startupers co-work in a huge incredible open space and the SHARE zone where all the innovation actors are present, I can feel emulation here !
This time and for the first time, the TFWA hosted a Digital Village.
An obvious choice when you understand the importance of shopper experience in transit in the airports : 83% of the passengers enjoy brands communication and 83% expect communication which surprise them.
A nudge from the passengers to meet more technologies: they’re looking for being bedazzled and for starting their journey with exceptional, spectacular moments.
There at TFWA, KiOne presented the innovative smartphone application Perfume Adviser from Perfumist : starting from her perfume preferences, the user is transported to other perfumes that she can try in closest stores.

Highly creative and disruptive solutions for Digital Marketing were brought on stage at the world trade fair Dmexco in Cologne last September. Key Infuser was one of the 16 finalists, chosen by an international expert jury, competing to become the “Digital Marketing 2017 Innovator of the Year”. Our robot KiOne, who proudly represented France, went home with a trophy !

It was also a great opportunity to attend the Dmexco event where new contacts, mostly on the German market, have been initiated.
Two years ago, Key Infuser assisted to the Paris Retail Week with a concept, a project. It was a great opportunity to understand market expectations and apprehend technology position within retail.
Today, after an R&D phase dedicated to create a flawless experience, we are back with a full solution : KiOne robot addresses this need for valorizing all those new digital experiences that brands and stores propose to their customers.
